Terms of Service

The Service includes the introduction and download of WX Studio (desktop and mobile app), online activation and validation of software licenses, account registration and license management, and related support content. We may adjust, upgrade, or suspend the Service for maintenance and will give advance notice where possible.

You must register with a valid email address and keep your credentials safe; actions performed through your account are deemed your own. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. The same account works on both the Website and the mobile app; registering from the mobile app requires binding a mobile-app activation key as prompted.

• An activation key is a one-time license credential and may be bound to only one account;
• Licenses are bound to devices; the number of activatable devices and the unbinding rules follow the terms agreed at purchase;
• Desktop and mobile-app activation keys are two separate products and are not interchangeable; please choose carefully when purchasing;
• Reselling, sharing, or cracking activation keys, or bypassing license validation in any way, is prohibited; violations entitle us to revoke the license without refund.

Software licenses are paid products. Prices, license types, and purchase channels are as published on this Website or as agreed between you and us (or an authorized reseller). Activation keys are digital goods delivered online; once issued and capable of normal activation, they are not eligible for no-reason returns, except as otherwise required by law or agreed by both parties.

You must not use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws, nor attack, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

The software, text, graphics, and logos contained in the Website and the Service are our intellectual property. No one may copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for unavailability or data loss caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond our control, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you actually paid for the relevant license. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may revise these Terms as the business requires and will publish revisions on this page; material changes will be highlighted prominently. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance. We may terminate the Service to you in case of material breach.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court at our place of domicile.
