End User License Agreement (EULA)

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and a valid activation, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices covered by your license. One desktop activation covers all desktop product forms in the suite (the desktop editor and the plugins); mobile-app licenses are issued separately and are not interchangeable with desktop licenses.

Except as expressly permitted by law, you must not:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software;
• Bypass, defeat, or circumvent the license validation and device binding mechanisms;
• Rent, lend, resell, or distribute the Software, or share your license with others;
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Software;
• Use the Software for purposes that violate applicable laws.

The Software uses online activation and periodic re-validation. During activation, the Software submits your activation key and a device identifier (an irreversible hardware hash on desktop; a randomly generated in-app identifier in the mobile app) to the Licensor's servers. If the license is revoked, expires, or validation keeps failing, the corresponding features of the Software will stop working. See the Privacy Policy for how this information is handled.

The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold; the Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement. Works you create with the Software belong to you.

The Software may include third-party open-source components governed by their respective licenses, with notices distributed with the Software or listed in the documentation. CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator are trademarks of their respective owners and are not affiliated with the Licensor.

The Software generates cut contours and sends job commands to cutting/plotting machines. Output results depend on the machine model, material, blade, and parameter settings (such as dimensional scaling, speed, blade pressure, and blade offset). You should run a test cut before production runs, verify output dimensions and parameters, and follow the machine manufacturer's safety instructions. To the extent permitted by law, you bear losses of material, machine damage, or other losses caused by improper parameter settings, production runs without a verified test cut, or violation of machine safety instructions.

The Software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software; aggregate liability shall not exceed the license fees you actually paid for the Software. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement, upon which you must stop using the Software and destroy all copies. Sections 2, 4, 6, 7, and 9, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, survive termination.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the Licensor's place of domicile.
